Coaches are fully responsible for the content and quality of their coaching sessions.

5. Payments and Fees

Users agree to pay all fees for coaching sessions as listed on the Website.
All payments must be made in advance and are generally non-refundable unless specified in our Refund Policy.
Coaches are compensated in accordance with their agreements, minus platform fees and applicable taxes.

6. Disclaimers

Coaches.Live is a platform that facilitates connections between Users and Coaches; we do not guarantee the effectiveness or outcomes of any coaching sessions.
Coaching is for guidance and informational purposes only and should not replace licensed professional advice in regulated areas (e.g., legal, medical, or financial advice).
The Platform is not liable for actions taken as a result of coaching advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaches.Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Errors or omissions in coaching advice.
Unauthorized access to your account or data breaches.
